Our History
Founded in 1991, Stasen & Associates Investment Banking has been providing financial guidence for over 30 years. We have a track record of success in helping clients achieve their goals.
George Stasen, managing partner, has served as a director and / or advisor to government units, foundations, mutual funds, investment companies, as well as private and public corporations.
He has structured and provided financing and guidance to major corporations, growing enterprises, investment companies, developing enterprises and municipalities.
Currently George Stasen serves as Chairman of CoreCare Systems, a major drug rehabilitation hospital whose roots emanate from the famous Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital (1850), Vice Chairman of KNF Corporation, manufacturer of sterile packaging and Chairman of M-Tek Ventures Inc. a design and development company specializing in autonomous equipment.
He is also the co-founder and / or financier of several Philadelphia area companies. He earned his BS from Drexel University with a concentration in economics and was subsequently awarded a fellowship where he earned his MBA from Drexel and also holds a Ph.D. in Economics.
He is also the author or co-author of several books and publications, regarding political economy, economics and investment management.
